• Due to the delicate nature of lace products, they are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you carefully review your order before purchase.

Bundles

• We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Bundles may be eligible for an exchange only if:
  • The exchange request is made within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  • The bundles are unused, unopened, and remain in their original packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal or lesser value.
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
