Order Processing and Shipping

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment’s progress.
• Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

• If you need to make any changes to your order (such as updating your address or modifying the quantity), please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes to your order before it has been processed or shipped.
• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Order Issues and Discrepancies

• If you believe there’s an issue with your order (such as missing items, incorrect products, or damage), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items.
• We will resolve any discrepancies as quickly as possible, and you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if applicable.
