To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review our policies before scheduling your appointment:

Booking Guidelines

  1. Online Booking: All appointments must be booked through my Booking Page.

    • Choose your desired service, date, and time, and we’ll confirm your booking promptly.
    • A valid contact number and email address are required when booking.
  2. Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is provided (see cancellation policy).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellations

    • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
  2. Rescheduling

    • Need to change your appointment? No problem! Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to the new date.

Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation policy may apply.

Other Policies

  1. Children: For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under 12 are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
  2. Payment: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Tips are appreciated but not required.

  • Tuesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
