To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review our policies before scheduling your appointment:
Booking Guidelines
Online Booking: All appointments must be booked through my Booking Page.
- Choose your desired service, date, and time, and we’ll confirm your booking promptly.
- A valid contact number and email address are required when booking.
Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is provided (see cancellation policy).
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations
- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling
- Need to change your appointment? No problem! Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to the new date.
Late Policy
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation policy may apply.
Other Policies
- Children: For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under 12 are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
- Payment: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Tips are appreciated but not required.

- Tuesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
